Water temperatures were checked again yesterday and showed a noticeable cooling in water temperatures. Taking account of this and the significant (and very welcome) rainfall overnight and this morning, from the series of storm systems have rolled through the Forth Valley and over the Ochils, the decision has been made to reopen the River Devon to fishing from today!
