Thursday 4th September – Member Greame Burns was fishing at the Haugh today and accidently managed to leave his rod/reel which was resting on the car. The rod is 7′ homemade rod using two Hardy zFibatubes and with maroon line. The reel is a Shakespeare zCondex loaded with a yellow fly line.

As he was leaving he noted an another angler preparing his gear for a session, who had arrived in a red car. He is hoping that he or another good samaritan has taken them away to keep safe. Graeme did go back, when he realised that the rod/reel were MIA, but there was no sign of them.
